Our “Planning” package is designed for the bridal couple who prefers to handle most of the details, yet requires a little more assistance throughout the planning process. Let an outside professional save you time and the hassle of locating and researching qualified vendors that match your style and budget.
© Up to 3 consultation meetings to cover step by step details (maximum 2 hours per meeting)
© Location recommendations and provide venue information
© Identify needs and give expert advice on wedding
© Unlimited e-mails and calls throughout the entire planning process
© Vendor referrals and setting up appointments with pre-screened wedding industry professionals
© Collect and review vendor information (contracts, floor plans, etc)
© Final site walk through to determine set-up and logistical lay-out
© Detailed wedding day itinerary to be given to Bridal Party and Vendors
© One week prior to your event, contact and confirm itinerary with vendors
© Use of our wedding day Emergency Kit to provide quick fixes for unforeseen occurrences such as a missing button, a stain on dress, a lost earring backing, a lint problem, etc
© Act as a liaison between wedding party, family and vendors
© Direct Ushers with seating and program distribution
© Direction and coordination of the Wedding Rehearsal (maximum 1.5 hours)
© Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought & set up on wedding day such as: place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, cake server, programs, bubbles, favors, etc.
© Oversee all details on your wedding day, including set up and breakdown of décor
© Greet vendors, coordinate set-up of the ceremony / reception and work side by side with your vendors
© Ensure marriage license and wedding rings are on hand
© Lining up and cueing the wedding party when it’s time to walk down the aisle
© Cue musicians or music for ceremony
© Assist with wedding party or guests who have special needs
© Gathering wedding party and family members for pictures as needed
© Disperse final payments to vendors / gratuities as needed
© Supervising and communicating with the banquet captain or staff
© Keep bride and groom posted of what’s coming up next
© Organize and cue bridal party for grand entrance at the reception
© Assisting DJ or MC in guiding guests through the day and on to the next scheduled events, making sure that no one misses these events
© Make sure everything is packed up for you at the end of the event: cake tops, toasting glasses, guest book, cake server, gifts, etc. and to be given to a caretaker of your choice
© Ready and available to handle the unexpected situations
© Arrive 2 hours prior to ceremony and remain on site until all contracted formalities are executed (Includes one assistant)
